If the answer is yes, then you are in danger of experiencing a problem of stress and anxiety.

A new study conducted by the Pennsylvania University of Pennsylvania Pittsburgh in 2014 and launched this year, suggests that regular use of social networks can cause mental illness, including stress and anxiety.

In the face of the problem, it is estimated that 71% of young people around the world visit different social networks every day with the cell phones that enable access to the networks that are increasingly being developed and improved.
